Slacker

I got up late today and didnt work out. Went to work at 1015 and then picked up a double...so no workout...except for waitressing. However, I did eat well.
Breakfast: an egg, two slices turkey bacon
Lunch: 1/2 salmon roll, 1/2 spicy tuna roll
Snack: chai tea latte, no fat no foam

A bit upset I didnt work out. Bad choices today.
