Omni day 15

Mayve I am back in my groove. I wish I had a pedometer to measure how much I walked at work yesterday with my doubld.
Last night I did eat at midnight when I got home. I had some whole wheat pasta, tomatos and salmon.
For breakfast today I had a slice of mediteranean pizza...we have nothing in the house. Adam is going to pick up a few things when he gets out of work so that I can make my keifer smoothies in the morning. At work I hace been eating just chicken and green veggies. I am still drinking my cayenne, lemon and water...love it.
Today I did my workout...it was fairly easy. Not sure really how mich meta is challenging me. Results are in 5 more days so we shall see. I am still not doing cardio...maybe ill do the bc cardio, I dont mind that one and with all the running around im doing at work, not sure how much I am really missing out on when it comes to cardio.
